Our Flange Weld Test Plugs are designed for fast, simple installation. Insert the plug into the pipe to be tested.

Bolt the flanges together and tighten the large compression nut(s) to expand the seal - It's that Simple!

The flange to pipe weld is ready to be tested. A complete test requires a minimum amount of water -- from a few cups to a few gallons, depending on the line size - virtually eliminating your hazardous waste disposal costs.

HIGH PRESSURE TEST PLUGS

The test plugs are held in place by the steel grips while the Neoprene seals - All by tightening one compression nut!

Provided to Isolate & Test sections of piping without the need for Flanges! The standard Plugs can be used for test pressures up to 3,000 psig, in line sizes from ½" to 26" and Schedules 40 or 80 pipe.   Other sizes and test pressures available.

ISOLATION PLUGS

Our unique seals are capable of expansions exceeding 1" with minimal torque. To use, simply install into the open end of the pipe or tube and tighten the compression nut(s) to expand the seal element. Rated back pressures up to 250#.
